He has developed his Charismatic presence by utilising his intense focus and profoundly influencing a small number of people. Quality over quantity seems to be his objective.

A hallmark of a charismatic individual is that after conversing with them, the other person feels better and more confident in themselves, which makes them keep coming back to continue their conversation.
